As the busy season approaches, I’ve been updating my site and browsing real estate listings. One thing stands out: so many high-value properties, even million-dollar listings, suffer from poor-quality images. Why would agents settle for low-grade photos that fail to present homes in their best light?
For around $150, even a few well-composed images can significantly increase a property’s appeal. Great photography sparks emotion, drawing in potential buyers and encouraging them to contact the agent. Blurry, poorly lit images, however, do the opposite.
“Poor Images Impact Not Only The Current Listing but Also Potential Future Clients!”
Images should highlight the best features and create a sense of warmth and light—bland or messy images can’t achieve this. If you are wondering how many images you might need check out our post here.
